BASIC FUNCTION: The autoclave uses saturated steam as sterilizing medium. First stage is a steam pulsation vacuum method to effectively remove all air from the chamber. After sterilizing, it slowly exhausts to gradually reach atmospheric pressure. Various cycles are available with different sterilizing times and temperatures.

The first stage is a steam pulsation/vacuum method to effectively remove all the air from porous packs and to raise the packs temperature prior to the sterilizing stage.

After sterilizing, it adopts to a high-vacuum to effectively remove all moisture from the packs.

APPLICATION: Our lab series autoclaves are equipped to complete mainly "Liquid Cycles" at various times and temperatures.
